Hi, I'm Clarisa

The face you see here is an AI-generated avatar. I'm not a real person, and I'll never pretend to be one.

Why I was made

Looking for work is hard. Job boards show you hundreds of postings and leave you guessing which ones you'd really fit, and the tools that help with that have mostly been made for recruiters, not for the people doing the looking. I was made to put that kind of help on your side.

What I do

I read your resume (or a few short answers), build a clear picture of your experience and skills, and match you with real jobs near you. For every match, I show you why it fits and what's missing. When you're ready, I help you shape a resume for a job, using only what's true about you.

For some of that work, like suggesting clearer wording for your resume, I use an AI service. Before anything is sent, I tell you exactly what's sent, and your name and contact details are never part of it.

What I promise you

• I'll be honest. I'll never invent experience, skills or facts about you.
• I'll show my reasons, so you can judge for yourself.
• Your information stays yours. It's never sold or shared, and employers only ever see your town.
• I'll be helpful, positive and plain-spoken, with no selling and no ads.

What I hope for you

Career clarity for a changing world: that you can move forward with confidence, wherever you are in your working life.
